What Does a PTA Membership do for me?
So, this is a question we get asked a lot, and here's what you need to know. When your family joins the East Side PTA, you not only help us to continue to fund programs like Literacy Lab, STEM programming, and our Speaker Sessions for parents on topics like managing anxiety and parenting a smartphone generation, but also events like the Fall Festival, Science Fair, and the school dance. You are also helping us provide opportunities and educational materials for students in our community at our sister school, Fair Oaks Elementary. Plus, you're making sure that our East Side teachers and staff are shown lots of love during Staff Appreciation Week, and doing your part to make Red Ribbon Week, Recycle Fridays, and Walk to School Days successful.
And the best part? The East Side PTA doesn't do separate fundraisers throughout the year. That's right -- we won't ask you or your student to sell wrapping paper or popcorn! Just join the PTA and instantly become an important part of East Side's success!
