February 14th - Evening before the Science Fair: Set Up, 4PM-7PM
This year we will be assigning set up and break down time windows based on last name. Information regarding your load in time will be emailed prior to load in. Parents and students come and sign-in your science fair project at the registration table. Make sure we have the correct title of your project and pick up your science fair badge to wear to school on the day of the science fair.
February 15th - Morning of the Science Fair: Judging
Students will be called to the media center, by grade level, throughout the morning. They will stand by their science fair project to discuss their project and answer any questions the judges may have. No parents are allowed during judging! This is a great opportunity for your child to showcase their own work and enjoy a fun learning experience. Don’t worry, the judges are very friendly! Students return to class when they have finished meeting with a judge.
February 15th - Afternoon of Science Fair: Take Down, 4PM-7PM
Science Fair projects must be removed from the media center by 7pm. Display boards cannot go home by bus and cannot be held after 6pm either. As with set up, we will send an assigned time to come and pick up your projects based on last name.
