Giving Tree Collection Ends

This year the East Side PTA is partnering with our school staff to fulfill the dreams of children who are most in need within our community and our sister school, Fair Oaks Elementary.  The "Giving Tree" contains holiday wishes for around 100 children whose families feel stress and pressure in paying for daily necessities, let alone toys, gifts and clothing that their children desire.  East Side families are welcome to participate in making the holiday season a little brighter for these children.   Each child has asked for an outfit (shirt and pants) and 1-2 small toys / gifts each with a $30 limit.  You can sign up for either the outfit, the toys / gift, or both.  We ask that all items be brought to our school no later than Wednesday, Dec. 13th and placed under the Giving Tree in the guidance office.  All items must be NEW, UNWRAPPED and have the Giving Tree tag with child # attached which is located by the tree.  If you have any questions or would like to help with this project, please contact communityoutreach.espta@gmail.com or vandytwins@yahoo.com.
